Inline hardened helical reducers with input and output on the same axis. The R range offers a broad selection of two- and three-stage configurations, closely spaced ratios and compact housings for efficient load transmission.

S series helical-worm gear reducers

A helical stage combined with worm gearing provides right-angle output. The design combines compact right-angle installation and high ratios with improved efficiency compared with an equivalent worm-only arrangement.

K series helical-bevel gear reducers

Helical and spiral-bevel stages provide right-angle output for heavy-duty transmission. Confirm load capacity and duty requirements for the selected size. For one-directional loads, specify rotation direction when ordering.

F series parallel-shaft helical gear reducers

Parallel-shaft helical reducers have parallel input and output shafts in a low-profile housing. They suit restricted installation heights and close mounting, often using a hollow shaft fitted directly over the driven shaft.

T series spiral-bevel gearboxes

Spiral-bevel gearboxes turn the drive through 90° or distribute power across multiple shafts. Typical catalog ratios include 1:1, 1.5:1, 2:1 and 3:1, with one-, two- or three-shaft output arrangements.

SWL / JW worm screw jacks

Worm screw jacks convert rotation into linear force and can be arranged for synchronized lifting. Applications include platforms, mold ejection, gates and worktable adjustment. Confirm self-locking requirements for the specific configuration.

CH series geared motors

Compact integrated geared motors are available with single- or three-phase motor arrangements for small, light-duty continuous-running equipment.

RV series worm gear reducers

Compact, lightweight worm reducers with aluminum-alloy housings and flexible mounting for lower-power applications. Self-locking suitability depends on the specific ratio and operating conditions.

Cycloidal gear reducers

Compact cycloidal reducers provide high single-stage ratios and are used where overload, shock loads or frequent starts and stops need to be considered.

How to select

Selection formula and requirements
Selection formula: f₁ × f₂ × f₃ ≤ fB. The driven-machine factor f₁, reducer safety factor f₂ and starting factor f₃ must have a product no greater than the listed service factor fB. For K and T spiral-bevel units with one-directional loads, specify the rotation direction viewed from the output end.
